Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped from Czech Republic, within 2 weeks of purchase. We strive to ensure prompt and secure delivery to our customers worldwide.
1. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if something went wrong! Simply send us a photo of the damaged item and we’ll quickly arrange for a replacement. Kindly note that minor damages, such as bent corners from shipping, are not covered under this policy.
2. What happens if my package is returned due to a missed pickup?
If your package is returned to us because it wasn’t picked up, we can refund the cost of the items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you would like us to resend your order, please contact us to arrange for the payment of the shipping fee and we will dispatch the package to you promptly.
3. I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it for a different one?
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via email. Once we receive the returned item and the shipping fee for the exchange, we will promptly dispatch the correct item to you.
4. I don’t like the item I received. Can I return it?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept a return for a full refund, as long as the item is unused. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
